Token The Treasure Movie Synopsis: The story is about a middle-class family living near the city limits of Agra. As is often the case in the middle class, the family has many financial problems. One day, a family decided to sell their ancestral home (haweli) to break the ice and settle downtown. After a lot of effort, they finally made it. In a sudden twist in the story, they learn that Howeli holds the ancestral treasure within him. Now, the journey to reclaim Howeli begins. The story has many interesting twists and turns that represent real-life experiences. All of this is dramatized in the movie Token: The Treasure.
Token the Treasure Movie Review: There have been several low-budget films that have caught the attention of the public as they can relate to them. Rational performance by Abhishek Duhaan, RIVA Kishan, and Aroon Bakshi
This movie has a good plot. However, it lacks execution. Trying to add too many characters tends to ruin the pacing of the film. It looked like the useless addition of songs and the repetition of lines and scenes hindered the progress of the story. The climax is predictable and almost disappointing. This movie is specially made for Tier 2 and Tier 3 audiences. Considering the small budget, the creators’ attempts are commendable. This is a movie worth watching once for its engaging plot and decent performances.
Although the story of the film is catchy, the cinematography shot section could be better. Out of 3 songs in the movie, only one song has caught the audience’s attention, i.e., ” Pihu Pihu”. The song was composed by Dilip Sen, with lyrics written by M. Prakash and sung by Tarannum Malik, Jasleen Matharu, and Dilip Sen.
